City of Newberry Municipal Building Rental
The City of Newberry Municipal Building is available for a Holiday party or Wedding Reception or any other special event in your life.
Rental of the City of Newberry Municipal Building is affordable with a refundable deposit (upon meeting requirements) and low usage costs. 
There is a working fire place, however, only dura-flame logs are permitted. The building has a full kitchen with 14 rectangular tables, 7 round tables, and 130 chairs; the building holds 350 people. No linens are provided.
