Basketball is offered during the winter season and is available for children ages 5 through 14 and runs from December through the first week of March. The ages groups are split up in 6 & under, 8 & under, 10 & under, 12 & under and 15 & under. All practices are held at the Easton-Newberry Sports Complex during the week after 5:30 and games are held on Saturdays throughout the day at various host cities’ gyms. The cities’ that currently participate in the basketball program are Newberry, Alachua, Bronson, High Springs, Gainesville, and Suwannee Valley.
