*League age is determined by the player's age as of September 1st, 2024.*

*You must play within your age group. One exemption per team is allowed if your child would like to play up an age bracket. Approval by Newberry Parks & Recreation is required.

7U - 2016, 2017

Practice Information

Practices will be held twice a week, Monday through Friday, at the Easton-Newberry Sports Complex. Coaches select the times, but they do not start before 5 PM and do not finish later than 9 PM. Please notify the coach if a practice date/time conflicts with your schedule, and we will see if adjustments can be made.

Game Information

Games for Flag Football will take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, and/or Thursdays. Games could potentially take place at Newberry, Alachua, Bronson, and/or Williston. An end-of-season tournament will conclude the season following the last week of regular-season games.

The game schedule is created by the Alachua County Task Force on the Recreation Board of Directors. The schedule is not completed until all leagues have provided their team counts. Once a game schedule becomes available, all parents and coaches will be sent a copy via email.
